The Assistant Payroll Manager is a key leader within the Payroll department, responsible for driving the integrity, speed, and scalability of multi-state payroll processing & compliance across the organization.

Position Title:

Assistant Payroll Manager with growth anticipation to Payroll Manager

Location:

Wynwood, Miami

Salary:

$85,000 to $90,0000

Details on the Assistant Payroll Manager Role:

• Salary: $85,000 to $90,000 with a salary bump once this role is promoted to Payroll Manager
• Approximate $1b annual revenues (privately owned)
• Must have experience with Multi-State
• Must come from a larger organization with at least 500 employees
• Must have experience managing a payroll team, even if it's a small team.
• This company does not use a 3rd party such as ADP or UKG or Paychex, they have their own proprietary "in house" payroll system.
