A global bank is seeking a Financial Model Risk /Governance Manager
Mist have: Experience in Model Risk Management (MRM), Model Governance, Model Validation, Modeling, develop or validate models
Knowledge/experience in Market Risk (e.g., VaR, IRC) , Counterparty Risk (e.g., EEPE, IMM), Front Office (e.g., Equity Derivatives, FX products), Credit Risk (e.g., PD, LGD, EAD), etc.
Excel, PowerBI, IA
Responsibilities:
The model risk manager will work cross-functionally within the organization, including collaborating with business lines as well as key integral support units.
Model risk manager will contribute to the continuous improvement of the MRM Framework.
Maintenance and updates to CUSO Model Inventory (e.g., new model declaration, data quality checks and corrections, etc.).
The model risk manager will also maintain and update procedures and policies.
The model risk manager will contribute to CUSO reporting and associated presentations to Senior Management (CUSO MRMC, CUSO MRM Dashboards).
Contribute to validation [lan design and follow up.
Contribute to notices follow up.
Contribute to MRM trainings.
Contribute to MRM tool enhancements.
Provide support to validators regarding the MRM tool
Skills:
5+ years of experience in model related fields such as model governance, model validation, model development, or quantitative audit
Education: University degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or Risk Management.
Advanced excel, Proficiency in Microsoft Office
