Position Summary

The NetSuite Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, support, maintenance, and optimization of the NetSuite ERP platform. This role serves as the primary point of contact for NetSuite users, ensuring system reliability, data integrity, security, and alignment with business processes. The NetSuite Administrator collaborates with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and IT to implement enhancements, streamline workflows, and maximize the value of the NetSuite environment.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration

\n
• Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform.
\n
• Configure and manage roles, permissions, workflows, forms, dashboards, saved searches, and custom records.
\n
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
\n
• Manage user accounts, security settings, and access controls.
\n
• Coordinate and execute system updates, testing, and enhancements.
\n

User Support & Training

\n
• Serve as the primary support resource for NetSuite users.
\n
• Investigate and resolve system issues, user questions, and process-related concerns.
\n
• Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
\n
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing users.
\n

Business Process Improvement

\n
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
\n
• Recommend and implement system configurations and automation solutions.
\n
• Design and maintain workflows to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
\n
• Support business process standardization across departments.
\n

Reporting & Analytics

\n
• Create and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
\n
• Support reporting requirements for Finance, Operations, and executive leadership.
\n
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across the NetSuite environment.
\n

Integrations & Data Management

\n
• Support integrations between NetSuite and third-party business applications.
\n
• Assist with data imports, exports, migrations, and cleansing activities.
\n
• Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot interface issues.
\n
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
\n

Project Support

\n
• Participate in NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects.
\n
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
\n
• Coordinate testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
\n
• Work with internal teams and external consultants on system enhancements and projects.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
\n
• 5+ years of experience administering NetSuite ERP.
\n
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and system configuration.
\n
• Experience with NetSuite workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and role management.
\n
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• NetSuite Administrator Certification.
\n
• Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Order Management functions.
\n
• Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteScript.
\n
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and middleware platforms.
\n
• Experience with data migration and ERP implementation projects.
\n
• Understanding of SOX controls, audit requirements, and data governance practices.
\n
