Do you have a strong desire to assist others in achieving their personal fitness goals? Then you're just the person we're searching for as our next personal and small-group fitness trainer at our beautiful full-service athletic club! You'll be assessing clients' fitness levels and developing individualized training programs for clients who work out one-on-one or in small groups. You will also ensure members are using equipment safely.

$40,000 - $60,000 yearly

• Ensure all workout programs are appropriate for each client by doing individualized fitness evaluations
• Create personalized workout routines to help clients accomplish their fitness objectives while remaining within their present physical capability
• Hold yourself and your clients to the highest standards of conduct and safety
• Reduce the risk of injury by teaching clients good techniques for all activities, particularly those involving more advanced equipment
• Track and adjust client progress and make changes to fitness plans accordingly

• Ability to build and maintain a robust client base

• Conduct administrative tasks for training with excellence

• Lead groups in small-group training

• Work as a dedicated member of the club service team, assisting in daily tasks needed to organize and maintain equipment, enforce policy, and build relationships

• This role requires fitness instructor or personal trainer certification
• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and other team members
