We are looking for a hands-on NetSuite Administrator who can take ownership of the ERP environment while also supporting EDI, integrations, reporting, and day-to-day business systems needs. This role will work closely with teams across operations, supply chain, finance, sales, and IT, and will be responsible for keeping NetSuite running effectively while identifying opportunities to improve processes and automate manual work.

This position is 5 days a week onsite in either East Rutherford, NJ, or Bayshore, LI.

What You’ll Be Doing
\n
\n - Serve as the primary resource for NetSuite administration and production support, helping maintain system stability, configuration, and ongoing enhancements.
\n - Manage and support the day-to-day NetSuite environment, including system administration, troubleshooting, configuration, and production support
\n - Support NetSuite functionality across inventory, purchasing, procurement, order management, fulfillment, shipping, and logistics
\n - Configure and maintain saved searches, dashboards, custom fields, reports, workflows, and other NetSuite functionality
\n - Build or support system automation using workflows, SuiteScript, and related NetSuite tools
\n - Participate in NetSuite implementations, system migrations, enhancements, and new module deployments from sandbox through production
\n - Evaluate business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions

EDI & Integration Responsibilities
\n
\n - Support and manage EDI relationships with retailers, wholesale customers, trading partners, and other external partners
\n - Maintain EDI integrations through platforms such as True Commerce, SPS Commerce, Rithum/CommerceHub, Boomi, or similar solutions
\n - Work with common EDI transaction sets and standards, including X12 4010, 5010, and 4030
\n - Manage EDI mapping, partner testing, transaction validation, and reconciliation
\n - Investigate failed or inaccurate EDI transactions and work with internal teams, vendors, and trading partners to resolve issues
\n - Support integrations between NetSuite and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs
\n - Assist with integrations involving eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, warehouse systems, and other third-party applications

Reporting & Business Intelligence
\n
\n - Develop NetSuite saved searches, dashboards, reports, and analytics that give business teams better visibility into operations
\n - Support inventory, demand planning, purchasing, and supply chain reporting
\n - Work with Power BI and NetSuite Analytics to provide meaningful operational and business reporting
\n - Partner with departments to understand reporting requirements and create solutions that help users make better decisions

Business Systems Support
\n
\n - Work directly with business users to improve how systems support the organization.
\n - Partner with operations, supply chain, finance, sales, and other functional teams
\n - Analyze system issues and perform root cause analysis rather than relying on temporary fixes
\n - Coordinate and execute testing for system enhancements, integrations, workflows, and configuration changes
\n - Create documentation around system processes, configurations, workflows, and integrations
\n - Train and support end users on NetSuite functionality and new processes
\n - Work with third-party vendors supporting ERP, EDI, integration, and related business applications
\n - Recommend improvements that increase automation, accuracy, efficiency, and system reliability

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications
\n
\n - 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite Administration experience
\n - Strong experience working with NetSuite saved searches, workflows, dashboards, custom fields, reporting, and configuration
\n - Experience supporting or managing EDI integrations
\n - Understanding of EDI standards including X12 4010, 5010, and 4030
\n - Experience with EDI platforms such as True Commerce, SPS Commerce, Boomi, Rithum/CommerceHub, or similar
\n - Experience participating in ERP implementations, migrations, upgrades, or major system enhancements
\n - Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
\n - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business users
\n - Comfortable working across multiple departments and managing competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications
\n
\n - NetSuite SuiteFoundation or NetSuite Administrator certification
\n - Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party applications through REST or SOAP APIs
\n - eCommerce or marketplace integration experience
\n - Experience with Power BI
\n - Exposure to WMS, warehouse management, or manufacturing mobile applications
\n - Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, inbound shipments, outbound shipments, and fulfillment workflows
\n - Experience with UCC-128 labeling
\n - Background supporting supply chain, logistics, distribution, or order fulfillment environments
\n - Experience with another ERP platform in addition to NetSuite
\n - Experience designing purchasing workflows or inbound shipment processes
\n - Previous team leadership or people management experience
\n
